The video lamp model is HVL-10NH. I inserted 4 AA rechargeabe batteries. The battery indicator shows battery crossed with a stroke. What does this mean? What do I do?
I have a digital camera/camcorder and it has a battery that to charge it you need to detach it from the cam and put it in the charger. Now, when the camcorder is connected to my pc and used as a webcam, will the battery loose charge?
Thanks
I have been saving up for the past 6 months to purchase a digital camcorder. I have never owned one. My price points are between $300 – $500. I have been saving for a little while, and I would like to make a good choice, one that I will be happy with for years to come. Any suggestions on some features that are a must-have?

I have a Fuji F10 digital camera, which in my opinion takes great pictures. If I purchase a camcorder that can also take still images, will the quality of those still images even come close to my Fuji?
I am very new to video editing and I have just figured out how to capture footage from my camcorder to my pc. When I do this however, the time and date settings from the footage is lost. It’s a canon camcorder and I have tried with pinnacle and ulead. Any suggestions?

I’ll be flying during my vacation soon and want to protect my camcorder when the airport people xray my bag. On a previous flight, I think the xray machine broke my gameboy light fixture, so I don’t want it zapping and destroying my expensive camcorder.
Is there anything I can do or should I even be worried that my camcorder will be damaged by the xrays?
Whenever I import videos from my DXG 579V HD Camcorder to my computer, the videos play, but the screen is solid green and you cannot see the video. You can still hear the audio. I’ve opened the videos in QuickTime, Windows Media Player, and even Presto! VideoWorks 6, the program that came with the camera. All are the same with this problem. Any help here? =[
