What is a better buy; camcorder or digital camera?
I only want to spend around a 110 dollars, so which will be the better buy?

I’m looking for a moderately priced digital camcorder that will record high quality footage in low level light situations, but also have really good sound quality. Mostly for recording live music in small club type settings. Geek speak is Greek to me. I get really confused when people talk about bites and pixels and whatnot. I just want something that can see in the (not completely) dark without being green. If someone can recommend a brand/ product name that would be great.

I want to be able to video my 3 year old growing up and so I will tote the camcorder around and don’t want to be so heavy and bulky. I want to be able to put it in my purse and go.

On a phone. Which one is better the phones I am looking at (for when I get a job) the Camcorder phone is a lot cheaper by like $50. So which one would be better? Which one do you think I should get?

I have my camcorder which i record and stuff but I don’t have the cord to import videos and such to Windows Movie Make or iMovie anything. I’m looking through my camera and i see that there’s no DV port anywhere for some reason and I’m trying to find the right cord to import. Does anyone know the type of cord all that’s there for my camera is DC IN and AV Out (which is pretty straight forward). I need Help!!!

What is the best camcorder out there? I want to be able to hook it up to my computer also.

I’m looking to purchase a good HD Hard Disk Drive camcorder. I’m a Sony fan, but there are several options out there. Should I instead look into purchasing a Canon (Flash Memory) camcorder? What’s better, Hard Disk Drive –or– Flash Memory?
