I am looking for a HD Video Camcorder from a price range of 3500-4500. Name brand is not an issue. Looking to do small movies. Can anyone recommend one that is professional and really good?

I make vids on youtube. If you wanna check me out my account is Perrodue5. Me and my friends want to update our equipment. I don’t wanna pay all out for an HD camcorder, but I do make comedy skits and starting to make music vids. Any good ideas for a cheap but quality HD camcorders would be great.

I would like this camcorder to have some what of a waterproof feature, so I can record my wakeboard sessions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

like when i am looking at an hd video camcorder i see a bunch of numbers and letters and such. What do these mean and what am i looking for in higher quality? also what are some better brands?
