Mу computer doesn’t recognize DCR-SR100. I tried tο thе driver posted οn Sony website fοr οthеr digital camcorder аnԁ іt ԁіԁ nοt work.

Since that model is of hdd media, the appropriate connection will be via usb. downloading videos is simply as downloading a file from another drive. Just open the explorer and find the drive with a sony on it or any new drive that appeared under the computer file category (list of available drives). drag & drop those files either to save or to burn. it’s that easy!
you don’t have to use any drivers.
